Our Practices

Regenerative Farming

Our breed of hogs is raised outdoors in forest environments, providing them with ample space to roam freely as forage for gr, walnuts, and ac. By giving them an environment that aligns with their instincts, these hogs can reach their full potential. Unlike standard grocery store pork, which comes from animals raised in confined spaces, our hogs enjoy a happy and healthy life with unlimited access to fresh air and sunshine. This results in exceptional marbling and an unmatched depth of flavor.

Chickens have feet and beaks designed for scratching and pecking. As the animals we raise, they graze the landscape, delicately scratching the soil, eating bugs, scattering cow patties, and enriching the earth with highly nitrogen-rich fertilizer to nourish the next cycle of clover and grasses. The process continues in harmony. Our chickens are moved to fresh pasture daily and supplemented with locally sourced non-GMO feed.

Beef: We are committed to raising cattle in a way that honors their instincts and enhances land health. Our approach is rooted in regenerative agriculture, ensuring that every step of our process contributes to soil vitality, biodiversity, and animal welfare.
