What We Do

At Hedgewood Farms, we raise beef, pork, and poultry the way nature intended—with integrity, intention, and deep respect for the land. Every animal is part of a thoughtfully designed system that prioritizes soil regeneration, biodiversity, and animal welfare.

Our 100% grass-fed, grass-finished beef comes from cattle rotationally grazed across native pastures, helping to build soil health and sequester carbon while producing clean, nutrient-dense meat.

Our forest-raised pigs roam freely, foraging on acorns, roots, and wild greens. This natural environment honors their instincts and results in richly marbled pork with exceptional flavor.

Our pasture-raised chickens scratch, peck, and fertilize the soil as they move through the fields. Supplemented with locally sourced, non-GMO feed, they restore fertility and balance to the land while providing wholesome, flavorful meat.

By avoiding pesticides, GMOs, hormones, and antibiotics, we offer real food you can trust—from animals allowed to live as they were designed on land that’s healing with every season.
